Human Factor is a decision-based psychological game where the player takes the role of a judge responsible for determining the fate of human souls after death.

Every soul that appears before you comes with a generated life record. The information is incomplete, sometimes contradictory, and occasionally hides the most important truth.

Your task is simple: decide where the soul belongs.

But the decision is never as simple as it seems.

Core Gameplay

Each case presents a procedurally generated dossier containing key details about a person’s life: • Birth and death information • Occupation and background • Cause of death • Positive and negative actions • Hidden secrets that may change everything

Using this information, the player must analyze the life of the person and choose one of three verdicts: • Heaven – for those whose actions outweigh their mistakes • Hell – for those whose choices caused more harm than good • Purgatory – for the uncertain cases in between

However, every biography contains conflicting information, forcing the player to carefully consider what truly defines a person.

Procedural Souls

No two cases are the same.

The game generates new characters using a procedural system that combines different: • professions • life events • moral traits • hidden secrets

This creates a large variety of unique life stories and moral dilemmas.

Moral Judgment System

Behind every biography is an internal moral balance system that evaluates the life of the character.

The player must interpret the information and determine whether their judgment matches the true moral outcome of that life.

Sometimes the correct choice is obvious. Other times, the line between good and evil becomes unclear.

Atmosphere

Human Factor focuses on tension created through decision-making, uncertainty, and moral ambiguity.

You are not fighting enemies. You are judging people.

And every decision carries weight.
